First there was Programming Zero. Then there was programming One. Now for the next class in the sequence … Programming N!
This class will have a different format from our previous classes. While those were one hour per week, this one will be taught in a three-hour block, once per month*, to give us plenty of time in class to wrestle with our code. Students of varying experience are welcome: All students will work on the same concepts, but less experienced students will use MIT Scratch, and more experienced students will use Python and Atom.
All students will be provided with a class laptop, and will be encouraged to take it home between classes to work on their projects.
This class has a minimum enrollment of 10 and maximum enrollment of 15, so if you’re excited about it, sign up today and invite your friends! (Don’t fret, though … if the class is canceled, we will refund your registration fee.)
* Class will meet on the first Saturday of each month, except for January and March, when we will meet on the third Saturday. Course runs September-May.
